On September 11, Zou Wenhui, Municipal Deputy Parthy Secretary, conducted a survey on the related work of the 2019 China (Hunan) International Cultural Tourism Festival. Zou Wenhui emphasized that we should make concerted efforts to ensure the success of the festival and to show and promote Chenzhou to the world with a good spiritual outlook and city image. 

The relevant activities of the festival in 2019 are scheduled to be held in Yizhang County from September 21 to 28. At present, the preparations for eight major activities have been basically completed. The construction of cultural tourism projects has entered the stage of breaking through the difficulties and finishing the project. The overall landscape of the tourist environment around the scenic spot has been greatly improved.

After carefully understanding the preparations for the festival activities, Zou Wenhui stressed that the first priority should be to ensure the safety of the festival, and that all efforts should be made to ensure political safety, traffic safety, public security, production safety, food safety, on-site safety and integrity. We should strengthen communication and cohesion so as to ensure smooth communication and cohesion, smooth promotion of activities agenda, smooth reception process, smooth process of attracting investment, and smooth and successful festival activities.

Zou Wenhui stressed that the relevant departments at all levels of counties (cities, districts) should work together to ensure that the environment along the road traffic, hotels, restaurants, stations, wharfs and scenic spots is clean and tidy. The places the guests go, the things they see, the words they hear and the people they encounter can reflect the good image of Chenzhou and establish a good reputation of Chenzhou. We should intensify the propaganda of festival and convey positive energy so as to create a good atmosphere of public opinion for festivals.

Zou Wenhui requested that all responsible persons should be on duty, all resources should be integrated, all personnel should be trained, all personnel problems should be investigated, and all report requests should be in place to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of the festival in 2019.
